“Means So Much”: Meghan’s Secret Visits To Grenfell Tower Victims

In an exclusive report on Monday, The Mirror has revealed secret trips Meghan Markle has made to meet victims of last June’s Grenfell Tower inferno.

Meghan has visited the Al Manaar community mosque, which in the aftermath of the inferno has became a central support point for residents of the Tower, twice in recent months, meeting with survivors. She was accompanied by a royal aide and a royal protection officer.

A community leader said that Meghan’s visits “mean so much to us. She has a special place in our hearts.”

The newspaper also quotes a royal source saying that “Ms Markle has regularly been making private visits to organisations as she gets to know the charity sector”.

Meghan will officially become a member of the royal family on May 19, when she marries Prince Harry at St George’s Chapel, Windsor.
