‘Visions of the Hispanic World: Treasures of the Hispanic Society Museum and Library‘ has brought over two hundred pieces from the Hispanic Society Museum & Library in New York to Spain for the first time.
The King and Queen were given a tour of the exhibition by the director of the Museo del Prado and the director of the Hispanic Society of America.
Also attending the event was the couple’s former son-in-law, Jaime de Marichalar; the Duke of Soria; and Carlos Fitz-James-Stuart, 19th Duke of Alba.
