Germany’s Angela Merkel Meets With Belgian & Luxembourg Leaders

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has paid quick visits to Luxembourg and Belgium today, meeting with the leaders of both nations.

First stopping in Luxembourg, Chancellor Merkel had an audience with Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa at the Grand Ducal Palace.

King Philippe of the Belgians then had his own audience with the Chancellor when she made her way to Brussels; the Belgian Royal Court’s Twitter praising the excellent relations between the two countries.
