Buckingham Palace Gets £369million Renovation

Britain’s best known landmark will undergo a 10 year planned refurbishment which is to cost £369million. After Parliamentary approval, the palace will undergo the essential renovation on replacing boilers, cables, pipes and electrical wires. Work is to start taking place next April.

Buckingham Palace is the Queen’s official home since 1952 and she hosts most of her state visit’s, garden parties and events.
