Belgian Royals Receive The Country’s Rio 2016 Athletes

Today, Wednesday October 26, Their Majesties King Philippe and Queen Mathilde along with Her Royal Highness Princess Astrid, held a reception at the Royal Palace of Laeken for the athletes of the Olympic and Paralympic Teams that competed and won a medal during the 2016 Rio Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The Belgian athletes won 6 Olympic and 11 Paralympic medals in Rio. The Royal Couple and Princess Astrid posed with the athletes for the photographs.
