Frederik and Mary Begin Danish Business Delegation Visit to US

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark have landed in Washington, D.C., kicking off a four-day business trip to the United States.

Shortly after they arrived, the couple were guests at a reception hosted by the Danish Ambassador to the United States, Lars Gert Lose, for the 60-company strong business delegation accompanying the couple.

The HRH Prince Henrik’s Medal of Honour was awarded by Prince Frederik during the reception to Annette Rachlin, a businesswoman who imports Danish furniture to the US.

Frederik and Mary will spend two days in the American capital, before spending two days in Boston later this week.
