British Royals at the Final Day of Wimbledon
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the Duke of Kent, the Duchess of Gloucester, Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, Princess Alexandra of Kent, Lord and Lady Frederick Windsor, and Lady Helen and Tim Taylor were all present for the men’s final of Wimbledon today. Zenouska Mowatt, Princess Alexandra’s granddaughter, was also in the crowd.
Andy Murray won the championship, the second time he has ever done so. Murray was congratulated afterwards by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, where the Duchess added that the game was “great”.
Catherine wore an Alexander McQueen print dress, costing over £2000. She and her husband William later were seen in the Royal Box during the mixed doubles.
Amongst the non-royal guests was Prime Minister David Cameron.
