On May 23, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge along with Prince Harry attended the Chelsea Flower Show with various other members of the British Royal Family. The Chelsea Flower Show is an annual event hosted by the Royal Horticultural Society.

Some of the displays at the show had been made in honour of members of the royal family. The Queen had been shown the “Behind Every Great Florist” display, which was made as a tribute to her for her ninetieth birthday. Her great-granddaughter, Princess Charlotte, had also had a new chrysanthemum named after her, “the Princess Charlotte chrysanthemum”. A floral arch had also been created in the occasion of Her Majesty’s birthday.

One of the other displays that the Cambridges and Prince Harry, as well as the Countess of Wessex, were shown was the poppy installation, made out of felt poppies. The royals were given some of the poppies to place on the installation.

During the event, Kate wore a green coat by Catherine Walker, with nude coloured high heel shoes and a nude clutch.
