Princess Haya Awarded Olympic Trophy In Monaco

FEI President Princess Haya Al Hussein has been awarded the Trophy of the International Olympic Committee. Princess Haya accepted the award from IOC President Thomas Bach during the 127th IOC Session which was held in Monaco.

The trophy was awarded to the FEI President for her recognition of her work during the eight years as the FEI President and her commitment of work as an IOC member.

IOC President Thomas Bach said during his speech “To thank you for your role and your dedication to sport and Olympism, I would like to award you the Trophy of the International Olympic Committee with all our respect and all your recognition for your great work.”

    Congratulations! If I am not wrong, HRH Princess Haya Al Hussein will attend an International Equestrian Competition organized next year by the Romanian Equestrian Federation. If that does happen, we shall happily welcome HRH here, in Bucharest.
