María Zurita’s 36th Birthday

Her Excellency Doña María Zurita, Grande de España, celebrated her 36th bithday last weekend.

María Sofía Emilia Carmen Zurita y de Borbón was born in Madrid, Spain on September 16th, 1976. She is the only daughter of Infanta Margarita of Spain, Duchess of Soria and Hernani, and Don Carlos Zurita, Duke of Soria and Hernani. María has an older brother, His Excellency Don Alfonso Zurita.

The youngest niece of His Majesty King Juan Carlos I celebrated her birthday at her Madrid residence, where she was joined by family members, members of the Royal Family and some close friends.
