The editor of AD, Christiaan Ruesink, said that it was an honour to have an interview with the Princess in the magazine, and that he was “very proud” of the edition. Erwin Olaf described Máxima as “an attractive woman”, who has a special personality. The interview with AD also featured an interview with Princess Máxima’s parents, Jorge and Maria Zorreguita. It is their first, and possibly only, ever interview with Dutch press.

The Princess will officially celebrate her fortieth birthday at the end of May, with a concert  performed by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra.
