Her Majesty Queen Rania attends UNICEF’s Regional Award

Her Majesty Queen Rania honoured the winners of UNICEF’s first Regional Award for Media on Child Rights under the title, “Positive Messaging on Adolescence”. The award winners in four media categories, television, radio, Internet and print media, are also the winners of the annual UNICEF media forum on child rights which was established four years ago.

The theme for the 2009 UNICEF award will be “Promoting Health and Behaviour Change”, according to the agency’s regional office.
