The Duke of Vendôme chairs Gens de France meeting

The Duke of Vendôme, Prince Jean of France, chaired a meeting of the associaton “Gens de France” on November 19, 2010 in Paris. Gens de France translates as “People of France” and the Duke is the president of Gens de France. The wife of the Duke, HRH Princess Philomena, and the brother of the Duke, HRH the Duke of Angoulême, Prince Eudes of France, also attended the meeting.

The association “Gens de France” was launched in June of 2003.

At 19.00 the General Assembly started. After the General Assembly, at 19.30, there was a party and finally, a cocktail party started at 20.30 houres.

November 19 also marked the 1st birthday of the son of the Duke and Duchess of Vendôme, HRH Prince Gaston. The little Prince wasn’t present with his parents, but there was time to celebrate his birthday. His parents showed pictures of the little Prince to the audience.
