Sheikh Mohammed & Princess Haya at the Epsom Classics

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and Princess Haya bint Al Hussein attended the Epsom Oaks Classic Race, which is one of the premier events on the racing calendar in England, on June 5th.

At the race, Sheikh Mohammed and Princess Haya meet with Queen Elizabeth II of Britain. Queen Elizabeth praised Sheikh Mohammed for supporting the British equestrian sports through their participation in races throughout the UK.

Also present at the racing festival were Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and the Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

  1. His Highness is to be congratulated on his many victories in the horse racing world. Without his participation the races would be a lot less interesting. I concur with Her Majesty in thanking him.
