The order of precedence of the chivalric and honorific distinctions of the Kingdom of Italy was established by the R.D. 16 December 1927, n. 2210, in the context of the regulation of the order of precedence at court and in public functions.

The order of precedence was as follows:

• Supreme Order of the Santissima Annunziata
• Order of Saints Maurice and Lazarus
• Military Order of Savoy
• Order of the Crown of Italy
• Colonial Order of the Star of Italy
• Medal for military valor
• Medal for Civil Valor
• Navy Medal for Valor
• Medal for aeronautical valor
• Civil order of Savoy
• Order of Merit for Work
• Star for merit for work

According to what I read here, the following monarchs received the Supreme Order of the Santissima Annunziata this year: King Felipe VI of Spain, Prince Albert of Monaco and King Philippe of Belgium.

The Supreme Order of the Most Holy Annunciation (Italian: Ordine Supremo della Santissima Annunziata) is a Roman Catholic order of chivalry, originating in Savoy. It eventually was the pinnacle of the honours system in the Kingdom of Italy, which ceased to be a national order when the kingdom became a republic in 1946. Today, the order continues as a dynastic order under the jurisdiction of the Head of the House of Savoy.
