I'm curious of anyone has watched A Royal Secret (Kongens hemmelige elsker), the Swedish drama about the Kurt Haijby affair. The series portrays the story as completely true, painting Haijby as an opportunist who was seduced by the King and victimized by the government.

Is this depiction true? If not, is the true story known?

I just came across the series on ViaPlay on Roku in the United States, but I think it came out in Scandinavia a few years ago.
