Prince Overboard – Frederik in Sydney for the WMG

HRH Crown Prince Frederik ended up in the drink of Sydney Harbour earlier today, during his 35+ Tasar sailing competition at the 2009 World Masters Games in Sydney, Australia. The 13-16°C weather in Sydney today created a chilly experience for the Prince. Here he presented the Brazilian soccer player Ronaldo de Assi­s Moreira, better known as Ronaldinho, with the Golden Foot 2009. Racing Prince Bernhard Suspended

‘De Telegraaf’ reports that Prince Bernhard of Orange-Nassau, second son of Princess Margriet of The Netherlands, has been punished on Sunday by the directors of the final races at the circuit of Zandvoort. Crown Prince Frederik Elected to IOC

Crown Prince Frederik has been elected to the International Olympic Committee, as the representative for Denmark. The Prince was elected by a majority vote of 77 to 9, plus six absentee ballots. Prince William Hikes for Charity

Mary Continues Anti-Bullying Program at Kids’ Relay

Crown Princess Mary has continued with her anti-bullying program by attending a children’s baton relay to promote the cause. On May 23rd Princess Märtha Louise atteneded the traditional VIVIL-games at Nadderud Stadium in Stabekk outside Oslo.
