Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai has joined twitter and has 1,208 followers. The ruler joined twitter in June that was confirmed by twitter’s administrators as The National reports. Sheikh Mohammed’s name on twitter is HHShkMohd and last posted on July 10. In June, Sheikh Mohammed created a Facebook account.
