
HRH Princess Haya Al Hussein of Jordan attended the annual Royal Ascot Race along with her husband and goldolphin owner Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Dubai Ruler. Princess Haya and her husband have been seen at the race course for the past few years. Princess Haya attended all five days in different outfits and large fashionable hats.
Day one Princess Haya wore a sky blue trench coat over a simple belted white dress matched with a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes and a white hat with feathers. Day two, HRH matched peep toe heels with a lovely short dress which had a matching 3/4 sleeve jacket which her HRH matched the plain outfit with a large hat with a colored flower on it pic. On ladies day, day three Princess Haya choose a beautiful shade of blue to wear, a knee length dress with embroidery which was a mix of gathered fabric and beadwork with a matching jacket, the outfit was matched with a large white hat pic. Day four, Princess Haya choose to wear a simple lilac belted dress matched with a bow detailing with a navy blue feather hat pic. Day five which was the last day, Princess Haya kept the look very simple and elegent with a two tone outfit, HRH wore a fitted brown dress which looked quite flattering matched with a yellow jacket which was the same design as worn on days 2 & 3, Princess Haya matched the outfit with a lovely small brown hat with white flowers and feathers pic.
Ascot 2009 has been Princess Haya’s best fashion year of choices. Dissapointing was to see the same jacket in three different colors worn to the same event but nevertheless the outfits where quite flattering and colorful. The hats were young, fun and matched the outfits.

Day 3 – Thursday ‘Ladies Day’
Ladies Day at Royal Ascot saw a large turnout in the carraige procession including the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum , the Duke of York, The Princess Royal, Princess Haya of Jordan, Princess Eugenie and Prince and Princess Michael of Kent.
The Queen wore a matching dress and coat by her in-house designer Angela Kelly. The outfit of white satin overset with a turquoise lace trim. image The collar of the coat was in a sharks teeth design of white satin. The matching white short brimmed hat with lace trim and satin flower was also by Angela Kelly. image The Queen’s stunning single peral set in a diamond oyster was one of the Queen Mother’s favourite brooches.
The Princess Royal who had divided fashion watchers earlier in the week with her outfits was extremely elegant on Ladies Day. image She wore a pale mint outfit with cowl neckline and a saucer style hat with net trimmings. image
Princess Michael of Kent brought out another favourite outfit which she has worn on numerous occassions since it was first seen at the Queen’s 80th birthday service in June 2006. image The blue satin suit with ballon sleeves was teamed with a patterned silk scarf and a tilted hat with rose detail. image Read more…

Every fashion watcher loves Royal Ascot, and the opening two days of the annual race meeting did not disappoint. Tuesday and Wednesday witnessed one of the biggest numbers of British royals attending in recent years.
Day One – Tuesday
The carriage procession today included the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Duke of York, the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall and Princess Beatrice.
The Queen wore a bright yellow and white floral silk dress with a yellow linen jacket by one of her favourite designers Stewart Parvin. image The matching yellow hat with a pleated brim and white detailing was by Rachel Trevor Morgan. image The Queen wore a spectacular diamond blossom spray brooch.
The Duchess of Cornwall has recently begun to use the creations of British designer Vivienne Westwood and choose to wear an outfit by her for Ascot. Camilla wore a patterned pale gold silk dress under a two-tone beige stripped coat. image Her large beige hat was by Philip Treacy. image
Princess Beatrice wore a short green dress with a cream jacket from the Kate Moss for Topshop range. image The jacket had also been worn a number of times by both Eugenie and Beatrice in the two years. The outfit was worn with two-tone shoes by High street shop Office and a small saucer hat with roses by Philip Treacy worn at the very front of her head. image
