Jordan’s King & Queen hosts iftar banquet for government officials

Their Majesties King Abdullah and Queen Rania Abdullah of Jordan hosted an iftar banquet for government senior officials and diplomatic missions, and their wives, in Amman at the King Al Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center at the Dead Sea. The event was also attended by a few students. King Abdullah preformed Maghrib prayer with the guests.

Rania launches Hal Hilalak Tent for disadvantaged children

On Monday, Her Majesty Queen Rania launched this year’s Hal Hilalak tent in Irbid to provide activities for disadvantaged children across the Kingdom during the holy month of Ramadan. Rania on Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women List

Her Majesty Queen Rania has made Forbes’ 100 Most Powerful Women list, ranking at number 75 and number one from the Middle East. Rania Helps in launching Education for All Campaign

‘Women Empowerment in Jordan’ Conference Starts Today

Under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania, a two-day event on women empowerment in Jordan will start today. Business and professional women from across the Kingdom will take part in the conference to discuss the challenges of women empowerment in Jordan.
