Princess Mabel Resigns from Elders CEO Position

Princess Mabel of Orange-Nassau has resigned from her position as Chief Executive Officer of The Elders. The decision was announced following a meeting of The Elders on May 7th in Norway. The Princess has decided to step down due to the current situation with her husband, Prince Friso, who is in a coma following an avalanche accident on February 17th. Prince Friso Transferred to Wellington Clinic in London

Prince Friso of Orange-Nassau has been transferred to the Wellington Clinic in London, England. The RVD announced this today at 18.18 o’clock Duch time. The Wellington Clinic has been chosen based on advice from experts. Their advice was based on the condition of the Prince. On Wednesday February 9th, Princess Maxima spoke at the Good Money Gala of the National Postcode Lottery at the Singer Museum in Laren. Princess Mabel was also, unexpectedly, present.
