Prince Carl Philip was on the ice in Värmland earlier this week, but not in the way a regular person would. The Prince was test driving a Porsche and a BMW in preparation for this year’s Porsche Carrera Cup.
Carl Philip participated in the Cup last year, and says that he has not set any goals for the race. But, of the ice driving? “It is really useful, and of course, it is also fun. I compete mainly because I think it is fun,” the Prince told reporters. Carl Philip practiced on the ice last year with his father, King Carl XVI Gustaf.
When the Prince was asked about his recent break-up with Emma Pernald, the Prince had nothing to say: “I’ll pass. As you can probably understand, I would like to not make any comments.”
