Belgian, Dutch Royals Attend First Bus Tragedy Funeral

King Albert II and Queen Paola of the Belgians today attended the first funeral of victims of last week’s Swiss bus tragedy. They were joined by the Prince of Orange and Princess Máxima of the Netherlands, and President Eveline Widmer-Schlumpf of Switzerland. Belgian Monarchs Show Support for Bus Tragedy Families

Belgium’s King Albert II and Queen Paola were present yesterday at the Melsbroek Military Airport, where they were part of an official delegation which saw the departure of the parents of the students involved in the Swiss bus crash on Tuesday.
