Princess Margriet opens Blindness Prevention Symposium

Princess Margriet yesterday opened a symposium at the Martini Plaza in Groningen, as part of the 75th anniversary of the General Dutch Association for the Prevention of Blindness (ANVBB). Several Dutch organisations involved in preventing blindness are attending the symposium, to bring attention to the avoidable and unnecessary sight and vision problems which can lead to blindness. Princess Madeleine attends Charity Auction

Princess Madeleine of Sweden attended the charity auction “Min Stora Dag” (in English: “My great day”) at “Stockholm auction house” on March 17, 2009, in Sweden’s capital Stockholm. Stockholms “Auktionsverk” (Swedish for “Stockholm’s Auction House”) founded in 1674 in Sweden is the world’s oldest auction house. Prince Felix attends Ladies Cup

On March 14th, Prince Felix attended the final of the Coupe de Luxembourg des dames (LaLux Ladies Cup). At the end of the game, Felix presented the winning team – Residence – with the trophy.
