Princess Mary Meets Winners of the Crown Princess Mary Scholarship

Earlier today, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark met the winners of the Crown Princess Mary Scholarship at Frederik VIII’s Palace. The Vice-Chancellor and Professor Peter Rathjen from the University of Tasmania was also present at the meeting. Crown Princess Mary met the winners, posed for photographs on the steps of the palace and then a reception was held in the Tapestry.

Princess Marie Is Joined By Her Family At Tønder Festival

Princess Marie was accompanied by her husband, Prince Joachim, and their children to the Tonder Festival this afternoon. kongehuset.dk had announced that Princess Marie would be attending the event with no other royals mentioned. The royals were joined by family friends and their children. The Princess has been patron of the Tønder Festival since 2009. Tønder Festival is a folk music festival which takes place in August.

Queen Maxima visited the Fontys High School Child and Education in her capacity as Honorary President of the Platform Ambassadors Music Education. During the visit on Friday, Queen Maxima took time to watch a music lesson which then she spoke to the students. Queen Maxima also spoke to music teachers and directors.
