Prince Edward in British Columbia for the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme

Prince Edward is in Canada this week, paying a brief visit with the primary purpose of handing out Duke of Edinburgh awards. The Prince attended a private dinner on Wednesday night at the Vancouver Art Gallery, before heading to the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel on Thursday for the first award ceremony. Astrid and Lorenz at Para-Equestrian Tournament

Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz of Belgium attended the International Paralympic Competition organized by the non-profit-making association “Quadrille” in Moorsele on Sunday 19 April, at the riding school “Zilveren Spoor” (the Silver Spur). Queen Elizabeth Meets Britain’s Paralympians

HM The Queen and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh hosted a reception Wednesday at Buckingham Palace to celebrate the achievements of Great Britain’s paralympic athletes.
