National Day Celebrations Wrap Up in Luxembourg

The Danish Royal Family was out in force on Wednesday April 1st to help the Danish Home Guard celebrate their 60th anniversary. Queen Margrethe hands out award to guardsman

On Wednesday, Queen Margrethe handed out the “Queen’s Watch” award to guardsman Jens Høgild Nørgaard at a ceremony on the Rosenburg drill ground in Copenhagen. The prince of Orange visited the military rehabilitation center (MRC) in Doorn. The prince spoke with soldiers that are rehabilitating, most of them got wounded in Afghanistan.
