On May 4th and 5th, the Dutch Royals attended Remembrance and Liberation Day commemorations. King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima, on Sunday May 4th, were present at the memorial service at the Nieuwe Kerk in Amsterdam to commemorate the victims of the Second World War. As usual every year, on May 4 and 5, the Dutch Royals attend Remembrance and Liberation Day services. Remembrance and Liberation Days in the Netherlands

Queen Beatrix, the Prince of Orange and Princess Máxima have spent the past two days marking the Netherlands’ Remembrance and Liberation Days, held each year on May 4th and 5th, respectively.
