Prince Pieter-Christiaan Injured during Ski Trip

Prince Pieter-Christiaan, the 36-year-old nephew of Queen Beatrix, injured himself during a skiing holiday in Seefeld, Austria, earlier this week. The Prince fell while skiing, and injured his ribs. He was flown via helicopter to the clinic in Innsbruck for treatment. Pieter-Christiaan returned to Holland on Tuesday to recover from his injuries.

Queen Sofia Awards 2008

Today, Her Majesty the Queen of Spain presented the 2008 Queen Sofia Awards for Disability Prevention and Universal Accessibility to the Municipalities, in a ceremony at Zarzuela Palace. Duchess of Cornwall Visits Schoolgirls Raising Funds for Charity

Saudi crown prince has ‘successful’ operation

According to the Saudi royal court,Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz underwent a successful operation in New York on Monday for an undisclosed health problem after arriving in New York three days ago. Saudi crown prince in New York for tests

Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz is in New York for medical tests according to the Saudi press agency. Prince Sultan, who is in his eighties, has been in Morocco for the past six weeks before heading to New York. Grand Duke Henri Cancels Engagements

The aunt of Sweden’s King Carl Gustaf XVI fell in her Stockholm home Monday, and was rushed to the hospital.
