Madrid – November 25th King Juan Carlos I of Spain was discharged from the Chiron Hospital Universitario Madrid on Monday November 25th. The Spanish Monarch was admitted to the hospital last week and underwent successful surgery on his left hip. Princess Marie Takes Over New Patronages

Denmark’s Princess Marie has added two new patronages to her portfolio, bringing her total to thirteen. The new patronages are in the fields of health and marine conservation, and previously had Prince Henrik, the Prince Consort, as their patron. October 1st, 2013 King Juan Carlos was discharged from the Chiron Hospital in Madrid on Tuesday. Princess Beatrix Breaks Cheekbone

Princess Beatrix of the Netherlands has broken her cheekbone, the RVD (Government Information Service) announced today. The Princess underwent an operation to fix the break today. She will spend a few days recuperating in hospital, before returning to Huis ten Bosch Palace to recover. She suffered the break in a fall at her home, Huis ten Bosch.

More Surgery For King Juan Carlos Of Spain

A government official in Thailand said on Wednesday that 85-year-old King Bhumibol Adulyadej is to leave hospital.
