State Visit from Turkey to the Netherlands – Last Day

The last day of the State Visit started on April 19 with a visit to Floriade in Venlo. Floriade is an international exhibition of flowers and gardening. The Queen, The President of Turkey and his wife were welcomed by Minister of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation. German One-Day Visit to the Netherlands

On Wednesday March 23, the German President, Christian Wulff, and his wife Bettina made a visit to Netherlands. In the morning, the Frau Wulff opened the 62nd edition of the annual flower exhibition of Keukenhof in Lisse. A Big Day Out for “Aunty Mary”

Beatrix opens Keukenhof Flower Exhibition

Queen Beatrix yesterday opened the 60th edition of the International Flower Exhibition Keukenhof in Lisse. The Queen officially opened the event by baptising the new Spring Garden tulip.
