Prince and Princess of Asturias visit Romania: Last Day

After two days of intense diplomatic activity, yesterday Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia had time to make cultural and charity visits and also met with others royals. Norway’s Royal Couple visited Hordaland

King Harald V and his wife Queen Sonja paid a visit to Hordaland between June 16th and 18th, 2009. The couple visited Tysnes, Austevoll, Fedje, Austrheim, Lindås and Radøy. There was already a visit planned to this region in 2005, but it was cancelled due to the King’s illness. Hordaland is the third largest county in Norway, after Askerhus and Oslo in population. Duchess of Gloucester Charms Exhibitors at Mobility Roadshow

Princess Birgitte, the Duchess of Gloucester, recently paid a visit to the annual Mobility Roadshow. The roadshow featured exhibits and information from manufacturers of wheelchairs and other devices designed to help with mobility. Mette-Marit opened exhibition of graduating students

Norway’s Crown Princess Mette-Marit opened the annual exhibition of graduating students by the department for product design at Akershus University College, June 8th 2009. “Sculpture by the Sea” Exhibition to Open in Denmark

Twelve years ago the “Sculpture by the Sea” exhibition began on the shores of Bondi Beach in Australia, it then expanded to Perth’s shores in 2004. Grand Duchess Mari­a Teresa of Luxembourg visited the exhibition “Lebensbilder” at the Rencontre Abbaye de Neumünste Cultural Centre with Luxembourgish artist Madeleine Weiss-Bauler. Princess Laurentien at Society to Benefit Education 225th Anniversary

Yesterday, Princess Laurentien travelled to Rotterdam to attend the Society to Benefit General Education’s 225th anniversary celebration. The event took place at Rotterdam’s National Museum, where the Princess was presented with the first copy of the Society’s jubilee book. Saturday April 4th was a fun-filled day for Crown Princess Mary, as she undertook two engagements in different cities. Mary’s first engagement was the acceptance of a donation for the Christmas Seal Foundation (Julemærkefonden).
