Danish State Visit from Greece Continues

The State Visit from Greece to Denmark continued yesterday, with the Crown Prince and Princess stepping into the spotlight and accompanying President Papoulias and First Lady Papoulia to the various engagements that were attended. Scandinavian Trio to Head to Greenland Later this Month

The three heirs to the Scandinavian thrones of Denmark, Norway and Sweden will embark on a six-day trip to Greenland later this month, to gain insight into how climate change is affecting the nation and its people. Prince Frederik attends Climate Conference

Crown Prince Frederik attended the opening of the International Scientific Congress on Climate Change hosted by the University of Copenhagen yesterday. Frederik attended the event in the morning, and was then hospitalised with a broken fibia suffered during his family holiday to Switzerland late last month. Prince Charles: Green Hero or Hypocrite?

In March the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, together with a 14-strong entourage, will visit Chile, Brazil and Ecuador on an official tour. Willem-Alexander & Máxima Visit Antarctica

The Prince of Orange and Princess Máxima are currently on an expedition to Antarctica, as part of the Dutch branch of International Polar Year. The expedition was planned by Dutch scientists after Queen Beatrix expressed an interest in knowing more about the effects of climate change on the globe, and in particular, the North and South Poles.
