King Carl Gustaf Celebrates 64th Birthday

On Friday April 30th, King Carl XVI Gustaf turned 64. As is done each year, a small celebration was held in the courtyard of the Royal Palace of Stockholm at noon. The awards ceremony for the 2009 Nobel Prize Awards took place at the Stockholm Concert Hall last night, Thursday December 10th. As every year Crown Princess Victoria celebrated her birthday, the “Victoria Day”, at the Solliden Palace in Borghol.
