HGD Guillaume Awards Work Promotion Diplomas

Earlier today, Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume awarded Work Promotion 2008/2009 diplomas. The event took place at the Grand-Théâtre de la Ville, and Guillaume awarded the dilpomas to young master craftsmen and those who were awarded with the Work Promotion 2008/2009 diplomas. Spain National Awards for Sports

Yesterday, the Spanish Royal Family attended at the Royal Palace the official ceremony of delivery of National Sports for Awards 2009. Pieter van Vollenhoven presents “Gelders Newsphoto” Award

On March 18th, Professor Pieter van Vollenhoven presented the ‘Gelders Newsphoto 2008′ award at the Provinical House in Arnhem. The Professor chairs the jury which decides on the winner. Queen Rania wins the European Council on Human Rights Award

Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah has won the European Council on Human Rights award. The award will be awarded to Queen Rania in a ceremony which will be held in the premises of the Portuguese Parliament in Lisbon on March 16. Winning the award along with the Queen Rania was the former Portuguese President, Jorge Sampaio.
