King Abdullah Dissolves Parliament

Jordan’s King opens New Deaf Institute Premises

Their Majesties King Abdullah and Queen Rania Abdullah of Jordan hosted an iftar banquet for government senior officials and diplomatic missions, and their wives, in Amman at the King Al Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center at the Dead Sea. New Crown Prince Named for Jordan

Jordan’s King Abdullah II issued a decree on Thursday naming his eldest son, Hussein, 15 years old, as crown prince. In a palace statement that was released yesterday said “immediately assume the title and privileges of his post”.
