Rundell Tiara? Could this be the Rundell tiara that Sultanah Zanariah of Johor is wearing?

i wonder if it was Sophie's choice to 'assemble' a tiara for her to wear rather than select something from the vault or to select something from Garrands. Does anyone have an idea?

Could the slight differences be due to the original version was stolen from Garrard's in 1993? I read (somewhere or other) Garrard's made a new one with pearls and diamonds that looked like the ones from the original tiara.
