Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has passed away at the age of 92. Sheikh Saqr ruled Ras Al Khaimah, one of the seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates, since 1948.
