King Philippe of the Belgians, his wife Queen Mathilde and their four children are spending their annual winter vacation in Verbier, Switzerland. The Belgian palace released several photos of the family on skis. Crown Princess Elisabeth, Prince Gabriël, Prince Emmanuel and Princess Eléonore can enjoy the Swiss slopes for the rest of the week. The Norwegian Royal Family had an exciting weekend as they attended the annual Hollenkolmen FIS World Cup Nordic. King Harald V, Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon, Crown Princess Mette-Marit, Princess Astrid, Princess Ingrid Alexandra and Prince Sverre Magnus were able to congratulate the Norwegian Therese Johaug for her 1st place in langlaufing on saturday. The planned Sunday competitions were sadly cancelled due to fog.
