Prince Friso of Orange-Nassau was laid to rest yesterday afternoon, in a private funeral at the Stulpkerk in Lage Vuursche. His bereaved family made their way to the church on foot from Drakensteyn Castle, Prince Friso’s childhood home. Prince Jaime of Bourbon-Parma, Count of Bardi has announced his engagement. The Prince is engaged to his Hungarian girlfriend of one year, Viktoria Cservenyák. The couple will marry on October 5th, at the Our Lady of Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Apeldoorn. A reception will follow at Het Loo Palace. Prince Jaime is the younger son of the late Carlos Hugo, Duke of Parma and Princess Irene of the Netherlands.
