The Grand Ducal Court of Luxembourg has announced that Prince Félix and Princess Claire are expecting their first child. “Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Duchess, with great joy, announce that Prince Félix and Princess Claire are expecting their first child,” read the statement released by the court. The infant is due in June. Prince Félix and Princess Claire were married in September last year.
The Duchess of Cambridge celebrated her 32nd birthday on January 9. It is not known how Kate will celebrate her birthday, but many magazines and newspapers have been speculating about her celebrations. Countess Anne-Dorte of Rosenborg, the widow of Count Christian of Rosenborg, passed away on January 2nd. She was 66. She passed away peacefully at the Gentofte Hospital, where she had been admitted after Christmas with respiratory problems caused by her long-running battle with throat cancer.
