The pink-and-blue quilted jacket with her sister Sarah and the Duchess of Kent was July 3, 1981.
The floral suit with Grace, Albert and Stephanie was July 4.
Diana's very first Wimbledon appearance was July 2 (she attended three days in a row that year.) She wore a solid blue jacket with red or...
I think these are from 1986. I found them quite a while ago in an eBay listing for an issue of Paris Match which I think was that year.

Alan Peters always impressed me. In photos, he looked so alert and totally concentrated on his job. And he was so big; I would have found that comforting.
In the last picture in this series, he actually had to go into action when Diana was assaulted by a man in the crowd...
Merging is very nice, Warren, but you should drop the "1983," since the Niagara Falls visit was during the 1991 Canadian tour. Harry of course hadn't even been born in 1983.;)
Sorry, I have no new pictures of that cruise, but mention of John Latsis, the owner of the yacht, reminds me: I think he is the man in the bright blue suit pictured with Diana in PrincessDianafan's post #12 on Page 1 of this thread. (Photo taken June 2, 1992)
I was recently looking through...
Squidgy,
Thank you so much for the date and occasion of the photo in the car.:flowers: And you're right -- that does seem to be the sparkly blue fabric of the spaghetti-strap dress showing below her coat.
Thank you, Canadiana, for that rare photo, and for the fact that you know the date.:flowers:
Doesn't Wills look cute in his matching khaki shirt and shorts -- sort of a safari outfit.
There are some real treats here, CasiraghiTrio. :flowers: In your Post #97 gallery, there are photos I've never seen before, like Diana leaning against a car in that light blue sweater and white skirt (presumably at the polo match during the engagement from which we've seen other pics on the...
Pilar,
Thank you so much for the beautiful photos from the two occasions I'd never seen.:flowers: I especially love the one in the sari-style fuchsia and purple dress. You can even see that her shoes match the dress. Just gorgeous.
That strapless blue print seemed to be a popular choice for...
OK, getting back on topic, here are film premieres from 1989:
1. "Dangerous Liaisons," Mar. 6, 1989. (Kwanfan posted another photo at Post #4 of this thread.)
2. "Burning Secret," Apr. 12, 1989. This premiere is in the Engagements listings of Royalty/Majesty mags, but I've never seen a...
Pilar,
Here is a lovely photo of Diana in the burgundy velvet at the banquet in Adelaide, Australia. As Squidgy noted, she's wearing no necklace, but the Spencer tiara. This was about a month before the "Back to the Future" premiere.

Squidgy and Pilar,
Thank...
Thanks for the encouraging words, Mentor Squidgy. And thank you for the photo from the "Children of a Lesser God" premiere. I think you must have pictures of almost all of Diana's engagements; you always come up with one.
Just off the top of my head, that's 3 times that Diana wore that...
In answer to your questions, Pilar:
Yes, Charles was at the "Last Emperor" premiere. I have a black-and-white photo of Ch. and D. together there, but I can't find it!
And as far as I know, Diana did not attend a premiere of the original "Crocodile Dundee."
