I think that we also have to keep in mind that in general a lot of the European royals have been marrying later in life. It wouldn't surprise me if Guillaume didn't marry for another 4-6 years.
I noticed the Wikipedia entry too, and I think it's just someone with either wishful thinking or playing a joke. Yesterday was the 12th and there was no mention of an engagment in the Luxembourg press or anywhere else.
Are you talking about the blonde girl who was on the cover of "Promi" magazine a few months ago? I think that magazine is considered a tabloid and wouldn't consider them a reliable source. This is also the same magazine that declared every women who attended the Luxembourg/American dinner in New...
Here's a picture of Guillaume attending the "War and Peace Ball" back in 2006. I'd never seen the picture before. Nice outfit!

1. Go to RTL.lu Télé - Video Archiv
2. Set the dates under "Emissiounen" from 2 April 2006 to 2 April 2006 and click "sichen."
3. Under the results, click on "RTL Spezial."
4. Guillaume's part comes a little bit after 19:00. It's brief, but it's nice to hear him speaking in his native language.

Thanks for your response, and I agree with your statement. Nowdays Maria Teresa would seem to be the ideal royal bride: well educated, wealthy and scandal free, but I guess to someone from the old school royalty that isn't enough. Henri's sisters followed the royal rules and married fellow...
