No we certainly aren't happy with a generation of party royals. William, Harry, Beatrice and Eugenie need to realise that there future will be hard no matter whefre they are. They need to start getting there act together.
And Marsel, I believe that Charles still is a very efficient and hard-working Prince of Wales don't you agree?

It is quite probably that William will have an investiture but as Marsel said, it might not be as grand and it will be amid more protests than there were last time.
