Yes, I'd be surprised if she was Jewish she'd even have been allowed to marry morgantically into the Romanov family or had she and Mikhail got away with marrying anyway there might have been more backlash than there was. The opposition to her marriage with Mikhail ( they married abroad, without permission) was due to the fact she was a commoner and divorcee, both heavily disaproved of.
