The Former federal minister for Environment and Water resources, and former leader of the Australian Republican movement, Malcolm Turnball, has himself conceded that Australian's have no desire to oust the monarchy given their
(our) effection for the Queen. He however thinks that after
Her Majesty pasess away things will change, and I'm inclined to agree.
