I think people are born w/an eye for style. I would imagine that they have "shoppers" and stylists to get them the latest and greatest; plus, people like Karl Lagerfeld offering to dress them. But, we also see Char and her mother out shopping on their own, so they know what to look for and what they like. They always look great!
