There are some pics of him walking back to the Military College in which a has very long hair for someone in Military or Navy. Is this because is not full time Officer?

Surely Carl Philip has also still a lot of time to find his place...but seeing how little duties, he is performing and how he is doing one education following an other, internships, and military training, I´m having my doubts. But I´m always open for being disabused  |
True. Harry is young but I don't think he will do any uni degree or other further education certs., unless it is military related.
