Prince Charles speaks at the launch the 'Costing the Earth - Accounting for Sustainability' project at St James's Palace in central London Wednesday Dec. 6, 2006. The project was launched to an audience of 200 people and is to help organizations measure more effectively the wider environmental and social costs of their actions.
