Yes, Archduke Otto and his second son Archduke Georg. The caption says "Severin von Habsburg" and "little Ferdinand". I assume the latter is Archduke Ferdinand Zvonimir, Prince Imperial of Austria, son and heir of the Archduke Karl. As to Severin, he is not an Archduke nor a Habsburg, but Severin Meister, son of Archduchess Gabriella, herself a daughter of Otto. I have checked the G-ARMB but there is nothing about this family event there; purple_platinum, you were first with the news! :)
